broken user mod

Sorry for nubish q, I have tried 2 mods for STALKER Shadow of Chernobyl. Inferno mod and a STALKER 2009 mod that is a combo of smaller mods. I can get both mods to work, but every time I make a save and try to load it crashes to desktop. err msg:

Im assuming if the mods work but my saves are corrupt there might be a simple solution? Any info would be greatly appriciated. Thanks in advance.

Mhm, start a new game? It might help, as it does in dozens of other games.

Yea I've tried that. As well as uninstalling/reinstalling, patch first then mod, etc. All to no avail. Since they work its really teasing me. But i can't play through the whole game without saving :/

Then the 2 mods aren't compatible together... Are you sure none of them is beta? :/

Yea the abc inferno mod was updated/tested for 1.004 patch. After the save crash i deleted that mod and installed the Stalker Complete 2009 mod from artistpavel and it had the same result lol.

edit: I just want to say that the games autosaves WILL load. But only when I go to a new area of the map (autosaves). They are few and far in between, when you get to later lvls. Any saves I make (regular and quicksaves) crash when I try to load them. Maybe this will help I dont know :/
