Will be removed as activity goes up. There's no reason to remove it as of yet while people like it. You could always hide the chatbox by clicking the little icon at the top-right corner.

i got an idea . what about member games every week ? like left 4 dead SI only Servers ( as in ex: Tuesday lets make a game and play the whole day )

What about something if users get post counts by posting in Social Groups? It appears that that is pretty dead here, and if there is anything else that is better for communities than a mini-subforum were people can join and leave and discuss a certain subject.

We are almost all a member of some Social Group (Like, the Dark Side for example Strategy Informer Forums ). Not to mention the Filefront Epic party!

Also, make posts in a Social Group Discussion result in a New Notification for all the users who are in that Social Group. Making an option if they want notification or not would be handy.

Yes, the quote boxes have changed, but I'll still have to see everyone's opinions. As for your idea, Noobst3R, social groups never had post count, and most likely never will, because it's a social group; not actual discussion forums.

LIKE HOMG, I just had an idea!

We need something that'll auto format pictures so they don't ruin the layout of the forum. That way people can stop hiding pics in the spoiler tag. If someone can do it please do, that'd just be the bee's knees.

Muh.. some things (like wallpapers) are meant to have a resolution, not getting auto resized to some crap tiny res.

You obviously haven't seen it used properly.

It re-sizes it to fit the layout but all you have to do is click on it and it opens in a new window in full size.

How is that a bad idea? Instead we have to keep using that stupid spoiler tag.

Any word on the app that works while your posting a post, and before you finish,someone else posted in before you, and it lets you review the posts before submitting your post?

SI guys mustve seen this in action in teh C-O forums, during very active threads where multiple people were posting in quick succession.

This will also fix and stop any more of this (oh, i just noticed you posted before me/ oh, i just noticed your post above mine) stuff.

I found ti very helpful.

If anyone has a SS of the Message the C-O version gave, it' would be great to use it with the app. It was also italicized in red btw.

This one is kinda funny. There are 1000 new posts because the thread got merged while I was posting. But you can get the idea:

there we go, when you'd hit SUBMIT and someone else posted before you finished your post, it would go back to the post editing screen and have that message on top.

And you could of course view the posts that it's talking about (by scrolling down and seeing previous posts).

I hope we can get this in here.
