Nope, not ME, ME looks good, but isn't that detailed and only is made out of 5 colours. (Orange, Green, White, Red and Blue and ofcourse some textures for guns and clothes)

Don't take this the wrong way, but your fonts/font rendering looks awful (fuzzy & blurry fonts mixed with with aliased & sharp text).

Makes no sense 'cause I don't modify the fonts... it just came standard with the theme

Whatever, then. But look at your fonts- some are aliased and sharp, the rest are just blurry. Maybe it's just the way Windows/Aero/Vista renders fonts, IDK.

winamp has it's own way of dealing with fonts, so that could be why you see so much difference
