No noticable effects no, but DX11 has higher framerates in certain areas and more smoothed out than DX10 for me. Although I get 10FPS AVG Gains with DX10 over DX11, dx11 is noticeably more smooth for me.
Bump: O.o I found out how i can disable the TLB patch in windows 7 for my CPU, pretty decent performance gain :P

It's actually running in DX10, But considering you have a older GPU, It's right where you should be.

Wow, this 4890 is a beast.
 Default settings  1680x1050  1920x1200  1920x1200 4XAA with 16X Much better than my 8800GT. I am so happy. I have not overclock the video card yet, and my CPU is clock only at 3.4ghz.

edit: Looks like im really CPU limited at default settings.  this benchmark is bugged as hell. Just ran @ 1680x1050 and got 82fps. wtf? Bump: new run w/ 2x cards
