On topic, the 5870 "Six" edition with 6 display ports and 2GB memory is what you want if your after alot of displays. It's likely Eyefinity won't work with Crossfire.

I hope they can fix that. They might run into performance problems with newer games that support it.

I've seen the reviews and games run fine with eyefinity, but I'm thinking more along the lines of what's coming up next.

A $550 5970...I would expect some price cuts to be on the cards, then (no pun intended). Either that, or AMD is really pushing its dual-GPU cards.

That's a prediction, not fact :P The 5870 should settle to 300-400 after a while, so it's not that far fetched.
